AT&T Store

Our experience was wonderful! On the previous text, I accidentally pushed 1 for Dissatisfied, I meant 5! We are so satisfied with our service. Rudy and Erica were so helpful, friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Thank you so much ATT!

Trying to recover from an incredibly bad experience with Sprint, we decided to go back to AT&T.
I was dreading the experience of finding a new cell phone provider, and as my contract ended with Comcast/Xfinity for Internet, I was also interested in an Internet account.
I was immediately greeted upon entering the store, and assured that I would be helped as soon as possible. It took about nine minutes and 47 seconds to be attended to, alacritously, by Mr. Rudy.
Mr. RUDY told me about a deal that seemed really good, so I told him I would get back to him after I conferred with my bride. He also asked me questions to see if I might be eligible for a discount, which I learned that 30 years of Navy did qualify me for a discount.
When I came back later, RUDY was busy with other customers, but he readily handed the baton to Miss Alyssa. Alyssa promptly, cheerfully, and professionally ran with my accounts, patiently answering all my questions as she explained everything thoroughly.
The following morning I had a few more questions because of the emails sent to me by AT&T, and the young professional man helped me to understand them, and Alyssa followed up.

I have nothing negative to say about this store. As soon as I walked in there was someone to help me. All my questions were answered and he helped me pick out a phone and get it set up quickly. The associate helped me start transferring all my stuff onto my new phone. His shift was over and the other associate was able to answer anymore questions that I had once he left. Even just having friendly conversations with both of them was comfortable and fun. I highly recommend this store.

Dreaded the long wait to upgrade to a new phone. But it was amazingly quick and painless. I even saved a few bucks, got a much better plan and deleted things i didn’t need nor knew i was paying for and insured all my phones for less money. It helps when the staff knows their product. I was pleased, no..more than pleased.
