Cruise America RV Rental

The staff was great! Extremely friendly, patient and kind. The 25 foot RV we rented was clean. However, the tire pressure light kept coming on, but the tire pressure was fine. It was also so rickety and loud. We put a towel between the stove grates and we put paper towels in the door, because they were so loud while driving. Also, the gas gauge was off. We thought maybe there may have been some internal issues with the 25' RV's. Next time we'll rent the 30 foot.

Jackie was fantastic to work with and accommodated some special requests we had with no issues. The RV was immaculate when we received it and she gave us a great walkthrough and instructions. We were first time RV renters and felt completely at ease throughout the entire process.

Fantastic customer service. We had a wonderful experience renting an RV. We were first time users of an RV and it was so simple and straight forward. I really appreciated the ability to call the 1-800 # for support with any questions while using the RV. The lady at the front desk is a pro! What a great experience renting the RV. Follow the cleaning instructions for the return and return at the same levels and all is perfect!

Really impressed by their service! We were running a bit late at pickup but Jackie helped us out. During our trip to Yosemite l, I clipped a mirror and did minor damage. Isaac helped sort it out, very fair and reasonable. I will absolutely rent again from Clovis Cruise America!

RV engine and manageability great! 2000 miles no problems. But.. things were falling apart on inside like important step wall and dividers loose. Curtains skotch taped up? Stirring wheel has to much play. Need curtains to have ties. Great storage all around. Otherwise had great family vacation in this rig! Hopefully we can clean our dogs hair out easily, before we return!
