(January 30, 2020, 6:31 pm)I unfortunately had to replace the Ford V10 engine in a motorhome with just 35000 miles. My first option was a shop who diagnosed it and gave me an estimate of $20,000. My second opinion at Future Ford was the same, I had to repair the engine. I opted for a rebuilt engine replacement. These guys took care of my engine replacement for a cost of $13,000. Quite a savings! These guys know their stuff. They are well-equipped for a repair of this magnitude. The motorhome was done in a timely manner. Upon picking it up, the "check engine" light was on so I brought it back. A vacuum leak was discovered. Even though it was no fault of their own, they covered the faulty part at no charge just to insure I was satisfied. These guys run a great shop and I highly recommend them!
(October 18, 2019, 4:55 pm)The guys are great. Straight forward. I never have to go back twice for the same problem. They diagnose, fix it, and we're done. I like getting my truck back in the same condition I took it in. Its clean and done right.
I've gone to other neighborhood shops and most of the time the job is 2nd rate at best. Something else gets messed up because of hasty work ethics.

(March 12, 2019, 12:32 pm)I have complete trust in the guys at the Fleet Center with my vehicles. I bring my Ford and Toyota here for service and repairs. The prices are not ridiculous like the old stereotype of a dealership goes. It is a busy shop but is ran efficiently so repairs don't take forever. I would rather wait in line at a busy shop than be first in line at a slow shop.
