Quiet and well kept. Lived here for 6 months no issues. Management team is responsive and stays involved with tenants.
Very nice and clean complex in an incredibly good area and neighborhood. I grew up less than half a miles from here and the area is very nice. Upper-middle class.
Just moving in from LA. Boy is it quiet in Clovis. Just what we wanted. Our son lives here. They are very friendly and helpful under very difficult circumstances. We feel very welcomed.
we lived there for 5 months, from May to October! We really liked it there. It was cool we were the first ones to live in our apartment! Rebecca was amazing and welcoming! Very sweet! We got screwed over a little getting some of our deposit back. Overall it was nice while we were there.
