Toyota of Clovis service department was great to work with. I was scheduled an appointment with the service Advisor Blake, who was courteous and professional. He reassured me my vehicle would be taken care of with the best service, while answering any type of concerns I had during the process. Blake was also knowledgeable about vehicles giving me a peace of mind that I was in good hands. The best part about my experience was Blake went above and beyond to provide the needed service to my vehicle in a timely manner, allowing me to leave earlier than expected! In my books this was superior customer service and I would not hesitate scheduling another appointment with Blake as my service advisor!
Roger was extremely helpful. He took the time to get me the best deal possible. He answered all my questions and made my first car buying experience easy and great! I am more than happy with my purchase and even though I live 2 hours from Clovis I would go there again if I needed to purchase another car. The service I received was worth the drive.
I have been dealing with Blake at Toyota of Clovis for a couple of years now and have been more than satisfied with his knowledge, customer service skills and attentiveness during my visits. He keeps me well-informed of service status and provides thorough explanations on service recommendations. A gentleman by the first name of Blake helped me in the service department. He was extremely professional and very attentive. He told me it would take approximately an hour and a half to service my car and Blake was right. He is definitely an asset to your corporation. Thank you Blake for your professionalism. I brought my car in for service again on 04-30-21. Blake Stephens just happened to help me . He listened attentively and answered all my questions. His suggestions as to what service I need was spot on. His professionalism is a step above the rest. He made sure to update me with the progress of the garage findings and suggestions. I noticed his business card read Assistant Service Manager. I see Manager in his future as he cares about his customers. This says a lot as whether I will do business with a company. Thank you Blake for making me feel like I was not an interruption to you but a welcome part of your day you get why the customer comes first. You are an asset to the corporation. I was nervous at first taking my car to the dealership because they easy want a arm and leg to get work done. My full synthetic oil change only ran me $75. Which is very awesome. I appreciate the full inspection. They have a great lobby area with TVs and coffee. Also a small merchandise place for car accessories and auto parts which is a bonus. They even let me borrow a wall charger. Thanks guys. No more small shady service centers for me. I'll be back most definitely. It's really hard to get quality work for that price and since I'm at the actual dealership I feel confident in their work.
