  Really big lots, homes are nice but quality of homes are more on the cheap side, AC unit, garage, etc. all generic materials used for Woodside homes. Poor insulation also.

  Having looked at new home developments all throughout Fresno/Clovis, we stumbled across this community. Below are a few points that my family felt were important, hopefully you'll find them useful:
  
  Pros:
  -Spacious Lots (10k Sq ft standard)
  -Open Floor Plans
  -Friendly Neighbors
  -Small town appeal
  -Incentives
  
  Cons:
  - Standard features are not as good as competitors
  - Nickel and Dime upgrades
