Atlantic Aviation FAT

Samantha Vasquez was delightful and very helpful as this was our first time at Atlantic Aviation. And she made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere is great .I definitely recommend them highly as everyone that I met went above and beyond to make my time with them a experience to remember .

Very helpful staff and courteous. There sofa needs improvement, just sink when you sit.

Great service and friendly people. You get the same level of attention when you buy 30 gallons as you do when you buy 600.

Two nights ago we had to unexpectedly land at Fresno due to alternator failure at night in our Cessna 177. After landing we taxied to Ross Aviation FBO which was very easy to find due to the sign being very large and well lit.
We were greeted very professionally by the line service personnel. As we walked in to the FBO, we were greeted once again by Jessica, the front desk employee who was very friendly and was acommodating to our needs. She informed us that the FBO closed at 10, but that there would be staff that would stay until our rescue party showed up.
While we waited we had full use of TV, snacks, coffee, and were able to charge up our devices.
Eric, the line service employee stayed with us past his obligated time until our rescue party arrived at 11pm. He braved the CA cold night and was there for moral support as we attempted to fix the problem on the 177.
Both Jessica and Eric went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made sure we were well taken care of.
Next time we land at Fresno(hopefully under better circumstances) we will definitely be stopping at Ross Aviation. Top notch customer service! Thank you!
