Needed to upgrade to 10, but didn’t want to install on my multi-years old desktop! They fixed me up with a refurbished desktop, transferred everything from my old setup, and spent a lot of time walking me through the new equipment and operating system. When I left, Randy gave me his email and phone number, told me to call right away if I had any problems!
