I can't recommend this place enough. We broke down on the road and had to get towed here when no other mechanic could look at our car. This is a family-run auto repair shop in a really small town.
A sensor in my car failed making my car undriveable. Ralph realized he couldn't get the part until the next day. I know that replacing the sensor would be an easy job for any mechanic, and it would bring in a few hundred bucks for the shop.
But instead of taking the easy money from us, Ralph helped me figure out how to drive the car home safely without the sensor, so I could get it repaired later, all so my family wouldnt be stuck in a motel that night. He only had me pay the standard initial fee to diagnose the problem. I felt like this was a total test of Ralph's character, and he proved to be a really good guy.
It's hard to find a mechanic that you can feel confident will do the right thing and not just try to make extra money off you. Ralph is amazing. We were blessed to end up here!
This place SAVED us on our road trip! We had a bumper falling off and we went twice, once to try and attach it, and again to finally take it off when it was still dragging on the road. They serviced us immediately, and didn’t want to charge us both times but we paid in cash because we were so grateful. Highly recommend!
Our trip with just the Mom's and our Kiddos back from Disneyland to Redding was about to be a disaster. Are AC condenser crapped out and was eating our belt up. With a 5 hours still ahead of us and the temperature being 105 attitudes started getting sour. I got the kids in at motel 6 with a pool for less than 60 bucks and Ralph the owner drove us over 10 miles in his wife's car to and from the hotel. And though a big job it was we were done and back on the road by check out. Good people do still exist.
We broke down mid-roadtrip and got towed to Ralph's Triangle Service. They got right to work on our car, gave us a ride to an awesome little Mexican restaurant nearby, and had our car fixed by the time we were done eating. And to make it even better, their prices are very reasonable. They literally saved our vacation.
