(March 24, 2018, 12:15 pm)I dont know where the posted negative review comes from but my experience at Autumn Ridge has been 180 degrees different. Autumn Ridge is the only reason I stay in Kerman so as to be close to my family member who has been there approx 6-7 years. Im relatively certain overall its not the staff, cleanliness, attention given to residents or the management. Im certain that someone could find another corporate facility with swimming pools, jacuzzis, bistros etc. that are more appealing but why pay for that. Most if not all of these residents couldn't use those amenities anyway. I dont write many reviews but I guess if a person has time to write 35 reviews on varying establishments they have time to look for something to write about. Bad or good.
