We have been residents for a year and a half. Finding a new place to live and then moving in the middle of the COVID pandemic was a challenge. Management here has always been very supportive and responsive to our needs. The current building manager, Diana Montejano, has been on the job for over a year now. She cares about the well-being of her residents and it shows. Taking over in the middle of the pandemic was not an easy task but she rose to the occasion. Balancing the needs of the residents in 100 apartments must not be an easy task, but she always has a smile ready to greet us when we chat.

This has been a very nice place to live. Always quite and if you have any issues or questions, Ana Hernandez the manager is there to help.

I love my new apartment! The new management is terrific and are updating entire community, my kids love it here! Great pricing for a three bedroom for this location!

I moved from northern california kinda uncertain of secure housing in the Fresno area. I heard through the grapevine that Kingsburg was a safer town with a great community and feel. I took a chance and landed in Kings Pointe Apartments. The rent was a bit higher than I expected but I must say, everything else was better than what I expected. My entire apartment had been renovated before my arrival. The families here seem friendly and approachable. Public facilities like laundry mat, swimming pool and exercise room are clean and generally well maintained. Landscaping and maintenance are on top of things thanks to great management. There is a security patrol on watch overnight. It's apartment living. But it's better than I expected. Shopping and restaurants are nearby and it's in the heart of the town with a Jr High and High School right around the corner. Utilities are rather low compared to what I'm used to. I would pick this place again!

i love living here it's nice place it has everthing playground pool fitness room my kids love the swim in the summer .. leticia is very nice she is sense of humor i would recommend family friends or other people to live here its very nice and quiet
