My experience has been very well honestly. I haven't had any problems with my insurance and experience. Everything had been good so far. Everything has been easy.

i always shopped for insurance based on costs. However, i now realize that i don't have to sacrifice customer service for lower rates. Sebastian de Almenara and his team from Allstate Insurance are attentive and offer good value versus my previous insurance companies; GEICO and Progressive.

Nicholas has always given me great customer service. Anytime I need anything I can call him and personally talk with him. He is always prompt with my requests and very friendly as well. That is really hard to find these days, I never have to press1 and listen for the next prompt. I call his office and if he doesn’t answer the phone, he picks up right away.

I love his place like if it was my home

I love this place because it remind me of the happy times I has as a girl who who wanted nothing but happiness! Now I'm 11 and I miss Mr. Klassen, Mrs. Brownfield, Mr. Garza, Mr. Butt, Mrs. Santiago and my BFFS Yolanda, Zoe, and Edith!
