Kudos to Munique C. For great customer service in giving in deatil my report for my vehicle.

Parts is tough to find, it's in the main office but towards the back of the building. Small window but got taken care of at 5:15 with a 5:30 closing

February, 2023 was a bad month for my Lexus.
I had a bad oil & coolant leak plus my rear brakes were grinding. To top it off my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT was on and my tags were DUE, w/a Smog Check, in 20 days.
I presented my fears of mass quantities for Non-existent funds being needed to my Go-To-Service Advisor, Munique....&...With a simple, "Let Us check it out, & we'll go from there" from Her,... my mind was eased.
Shout out to Cruz C. for finding an EGR Hose loose and fixing my C.E.L. (smog test PASSED👍🏾)
Shout out to Luis C. For fixing my motor leaks and Marion R. for the Great brake job!!!
And Biggest Shout out of All to Munique for being the Professional She is and introducing me to the payment plan available @ Toyota of Selma, that allowed me to get these urgent fixes done.
You All are AWESOME, and have proven over and over again that my Trust in your Advice, Technical abilities, and Your High Ethical Business practices, are well founded.
