Soon after arriving my husband and I were greeted by a gentleman (Isaac Vargas). He asked a few questions regarding the model, style, and price of the car we were looking for. It didn’t take long finding a few cars that were in our price range. Isaac was very helpful, he took in consideration some of our concerns and helped us stay within our budget. Then, after making our decision we met with Bryan Lopez who was in charge of our finance. He did a great job answering and explaining to us any questions we had about the financial portion of the process. Finally, we headed out to receive our keys and we were greeted by Damien Jimenez. He guided us through the Toyota app and everything inside the car. Overall our experience was great! Hope that if anything ever goes wrong with our car they treat us the same as.

If you are looking for a new car Toyota of Selma is the place to go!! Sergio is hands down the Salesman to have! He is extremely knowledgeable of the product and with his focus seemed to be providing quality vehicles but also making the process from top to bottom easy for the customer. You can expect an upfront, honest , no haggle /pressure process with Sergio!! He is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. I have sent my children to him, friends, family and will continue to refer people to Toyota of Selma/Sergio!

Service Department: I had a great experience today when visiting the service department at Toyota of Selma. My Tacoma was making a funny sound from the back end after just a month after I purchased from this dealer. Jonelle was my service rep and she made sure to keep me in the loop with what was happening with the Tacoma and what the technicians were doing to correct the issue. She was professional and prompt which I greatly appreciate from a customer service standpoint. At the end of the day it turned out to be something small that was an easy fix. I would say to give yourself some time as it does take a few hours to get your vehicle diagnosed and then worked on. Overall a great experience and I’m happy with Toyota of Selma.

Ask for Sergio Mejia, he is the BEST! I would like to give high praise to him, he is an excellent salesman and made the process of buying very smooth from beginning to end.
