New building with very nice units competently managed. Staff is very responsive and the facilities are excellent. A bit of an oasis on a not so interesting area. Have to drive 10+ minutes to Safeway or Lucky's, 15 minutes to Trader Joe's. Also very poor cellular coverage so get your WiFi before you move in.

I recently looked at a few apartments at Legacy. Cameron showed me around the property. He was charismatic, detailed and knowledgeable. He pretty much had me sold on the unit! The only reason why I didn’t end up going with Legacy was that they didn’t have any incentives and its location. But they have beautiful units, great staff and the technology is unmatched. Thanks again!

Moving can be frustrating at times, especially when you are dealing with work commitments but Gladys at Legacy Hayward provided such an easy and smooth experience. From the moment that I toured the apartment, I felt confident in my decision to choose this place as my new home. The brand new appliances, modern build, and amenities were amazing but Gladys positive spirit and welcoming attitude took it over the top and I am so satisfied with my decision. I recommend anyone looking for a new place to live to stop by and check out Legacy Hayward. 10/10 Experience.

The staff here is great. Location is very convenient to downtown Hayward and easy access to Union City as well. Everything is very clean and new. The amenities are top notch. Easy access to Tesla. Everyone I’ve met who lives here is very friendly and classy.
