“I am a first time visitor to Heiner Hearing Center, and I must say, my experience was very positive. I was told that I needed to have my ears cleared of ear wax, and I found Heiner online, called and booked an appointment. This was the only negative that I had, because the nearest appointment was several weeks away (in a way, this is a compliment, because they are very busy). They put me on a cancellation list, and I was able to get in early! The Doc is a great guy. He's very friendly and explains the procedure in advance very well. My problem as completely taken care of with great dispatch! There was some pain during the second ear and Doctor Stark, watching me carefully, paused to let me rest when it as a bit intense (not too bad, really). The staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Heiner Hearing Center.”

She listens to my problems and instantly gives me options for a solution with multiple problems I've had. And I've never had to wait the way some people are saying. I'd say the most I've ever waited in the waiting room was 30 minutes but it's usually much quicker than that! More like 15ish minutes.”

Sometimes the drive-thru window gets long so there's a little bit longer wait but the food is made right there in front of me and the employees are very friendly. This particular visit I watched as another customer was worried his order would not be complete so he was checking his items and the employees here continued being friendly and engaging in conversation with both me and the other customer well steadily working to fill orders. I think the management at this location is doing a great job and the employees have a positive attitude that reflects that. Also this location was very clean!”
