Sunrise at Sterling Canyon

Although we are only a week into our experience with Sunrise, so far everything has been stellar. The staff is friendly, compassionate, helpful and professional. This place felt more like home than the other "sterile" facilities we visited. Prepare for a waiting period to get in. Karen and Bill handled all the intake business and were more than willing to walk us through every step of the way. So far, excellent.

Bill and Karen gave us a fantastic tour and meeting to help us get to know what Sunrise has to offer. I would definitely want my loved ones to be able to live at Sunrise.

The management and staff at Sunrise at Sterling deeply care about the welfare of the residents and provide excellent services for its seniors. We appreciate that all staff members treat the residents with empathy, patience and kindness and we have confidence that our mother is getting the best of care.

My mom needed more care than we could give her in her home. It was a difficult decision, but the staff at Sunrise made the transition less painful. Despite having to give up her independent living situation, my mom found that Sunrise offered her independence within a safe, comfortable and welcoming community.

I have lived at Sunrise for 3 1/2 years now and wanted to share my experience here with others. Choosing this community was the best decision I could have made and my family agrees. I am able to feel independent yet taken care of. It is like being on a five-star cruise ship where everything is done for you. The entire staff from the onsite upper management, to the supervisors to day to day staff is wonderful. The Care Managers are all very caring and attentive to my needs. It shows they have had excellent training before they work directly with me and other residents. Housekeeping is the best I have ever seen in any upscale hotel. I have felt safe during the COVID pandemic. I appreciate the extra cleaning and guidelines that were followed, taking my safety to heart. Live entertainment is frequent and varies. I love the outings such as going out to different restaurants, movies, cultural events and museums. I would highly recommend bringing your loved one here. Even look for me I am happy to talk with you.
