Bakersfield Mazda worked out the best deal I could find in all SoCal. Polite, very knowledgeable on the vehicles and great communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend.
Was looking to buy my wife a new car and we went to Mazda to see what they could offer us. Their selection wasn’t the greatest, most likely due to being the end of the year, but we did find a car we were interested in. The person who helped us out with the car was very informative about the car and its specs. After test driving it and talking more with our sales representative we were able to comfortably make a deal on the car that fit our budget. I was prepared to have someone try and sale me a car and try and get me to get all the upgrades to make a better commission for themselves but instead we got an honest sales representative that just wanted us to be happy with what we were buying and making sure we knew what our options were. After signing some paperwork we were given a free tank of gas, some fruit snacks, and a reference for a tint shop that we could get a discount at. The whole process from getting there to leaving took about 3 hours but never felt like we were just aimlessly waiting around and the whole process was done in front of us with transparency so we could see what was going on. Overall was very pleased with the honesty of the employees and quality of the car we got, would recommend going there and talking to either Ryan or Bart.
This was my second time at Bakersfield Mazda and Aldo was amazing. Cheerful personality and charm. Aldo not only listened to me, he made me feel respected and connected. I would definitely recommend that you see Also at Bakersfield Mazda for all your services needs. He won’t disappoint.
I had a great experience with Mazda and got the exact car that I wanted, colors and all. I was in and out in a couple hours and they worked hard to get me into the car. The only reason I am giving four stars is because, while I could have asked more question, they gave little information about the lease agreement. They gave us numerous amounts of information about the car but barely explained anything having to do with the lease terms to my boyfriend and I.
All in all, I had a wonderful experience and enjoy my new car, but wish they would take a little more time discussing all the lease terms rather than the features of the vehicle. (I had already done all my research and knew just about everything about the car prior to purchasing.)
Richard greeted me promptly upon arrival, listened to my inquiries and guided me through the service process thoroughly. He was very personable and I will definitely ask for him when I return.
My Mazda needed a 30k service. As Richard explained the service would take about two hours and my car was delivered promptly in that time, the outside of my car washed and a service question further explained (which I had forgotten asking). I appreciated the attention to detail in every respect.
