    I lived in a 3/3 on the third floor. Absolutely loved this complex. Office staff is a 10/10. They try their best to provide you with a community experience. Maintenance is a 10/10, they always were timely and were very proactive in a lot of things. Like if they seen something in your apartment when fixing one thing they'd offer to fix that right away as well. I could never hear my roommates and we all played music in our rooms often. The amenities were always kept nice and clean. The gym has so much for its size, the pool is big, and the clubhouse's hours are so convenient.I moved to the province and they have yet to provide as much as this place and I even pay more. I personally moved for a larger kitchen, that's all. If I could I'd move back right now. Visitor parking was a hassle when ever we had a lot of guests over, however if it was one or two friends it was never an issue. I also had reserved parking (totally worth it) and I would have my guests park there, and I would park in a resident parking because there was always so much.
