Cliff was very professional and answered all of my questions over the phone, and I had a lot. I didn't feel rushed and he didn't try to sell me anything extra like the bigger companies that I have used in the past. Very happy with the service and will be a returning customer!

Barnett's Carpet has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Their staff is professional, clean, and courteous. My carpet has always turned out like-new. They cleaned my 5 year old, microfiber sofa and it looked like the day I bought it and while there, they cleaned all the toss pillows and bar stools as well. I've also had my tile and grout cleaned by them and the results were phenomenal! I recommend them to all my clients when they are selling or purchasing a home in the AV. I've found their pricing to be very reasonable with outstanding service. If you have not tried Barnett's, you haven't had your floors REALLY cleaned! Give them a call, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
We've never had our carpet cleaned before so we decided on Barnett's. These guys did not fart around, they came in and got straight to work. All I can say is WOW! i didn't think our carpet would come out so good. Great service, thats hard to come by in this valley nowadays.
