Trying to get a med refill as an established patient, however, takes forever. This isn't about restrictive laws. Unsent messages, apparent lack of concern from staff, possibly; being told, "I know you think this is important.."--today, when I finally got a person on the phone. I don't have the luxury of quitting this med; some years ago, in absolute frustration, I just quit taking it. Speeding and distracted driving nearly took my life.
