“I did have an issue at the drive-thru with an employee. She announced one total at the drive-thru speaker but when I got to the window and after I gave her my credit card another employee came back and said my new total was three times higher. I let them know I didn't want the food and left because I knew from ordering the same item the same way at other locations, that she had the total correct the first time. But they still charge my credit card $12.92. Today I went and spoke to the manager, Yesenia oh, and she took care of the matter for me. She was very professional and polite.”
