“The electricity was out when I arrived here due to California's mismanagement of the power grid. But the concierge did everything to accommodate Me by even giving me some candles to help keep my room lit. He was very nice and actually sounded like he was expecting my arrival as well as my co-workers arrival. The power came on just a mere 45 minutes after I checked in and was able to cool the room down and sleep well. The next morning the concierge was also a very gracious person and was able to answer any of my questions. This is also a place where you would see people traveling from point A to point B or working in the area. Many people were using the pool which is also a nice feature. I really like the Best Western franchise because it is an in-between the luxury and budget hotel.”

“Golden hearts is a beautiful facility, it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in campus park just blocks away from shopping centers and parks. The care staff is kind and patient, the facility is bright, airy and is cleaned around the clock. Theres many large windows throughout the home which makes it really nice for the residents to watch the birds that come into the garden. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to place their loved one in a home where they wish to be cared for away from a "hospital setting" and where they can truly feel like this is their home away from home.”
