“I live in California City which has a RiteAid, however after using them for years and be constantly dissatisfied I had to use Albertsons pharmacy because RiteAid was out of a prescription, long story short, they were quick, professional, friendly "for the most part" lol, transferred all my meds there, still happy with the decision, even though it involves a 60 plus mile round trip, it's worth it, they've had more customers than usual lately, but they still attempt to provide service with a smile, and I've seen some unhappy customers lately, I hope they start to understand that they've been understaffed lately, while I don't generally shop Albertsons, I am happy to be a pharmacy customer. Keep up the hard work guys, it's appreciated by most.”

Also when I have showed up to minutes before close, they were more than accommodating.. With the good there is always some bad.. i dont know if its California City, or the incompetency of the pharmacy staff, but in the 5-years I've been going to Rite Aid, they have only been able to fill my prescription twice. And it has not changed in the last decade. They are unwilling to order it in and once they even told me they had it, so I drove the 50miles from my Dr. Office to their pharmacy only to be told they didnt have it. So i had to make an additional 80+Mile around trip because someone there was too lazy to check their physical inventory.”
