“Visitation date: mid August. Great customer service, they were able to help diagnose and give my husband and I proper information regarding the status of our car trouble. Thank you Roy who helped us check in with our 8am appointment and kept in contact with us throughout the day of the on goings with our car. Roy was severely understaffed that morning as 4-5 more customers poured in right when we showed up, but he handled everyone with great customer service in a timely manner and acknowledged as they came in and waited. When it came time to picking up our car, the owner Don himself took wonderful care of us in explaining the car situation with tact and expertise. These folks are trained professionals and did not try to upsell or misinform us. I really appreciated that as I'm very weary of those situations when mechanics just want to add more services to your bill when it wasn't the initial idea. I highly recommend if you're from out of town and aren't sure where to look in Tehachapi. Also don't forget to call ahead and make the appointment. Luckily we called on a Thurs mid afternoon and were able to schedule it the very next day Fri at 8am. Hands down, 5 star service.”

“I go here all the time. They usually have the lowest credit prices in town. Others may have cheaper cash or debit. They got new pumps recently. Sometimes can get busy, but I only ever waited a couple minutes. I would give 5 stars but they do not have combos :/”

“Every time I go in the The Butcher Shop I leave happy and helped. Then later on in the evening, my stomach is thankful for the high quality meat and sometimes extra veggies and spices I bought. They have a VIP text message program that lets you in on special deals and extra savings. Definitely my favorite butcher. You won't be disappointed. The chorizo is especially excellent for breakfast, and you can never go wrong with sausage. Enjoy!”
