I can't say enough about this company! They have gone above and beyond at every turn while on this roofing project. Mike answered all my questions and scheduled around the weather. As with an older home, we had some unforseen issues but Mike and Brandon handled everything quickly and professionally, allowing me to maintain my peace of mind. I knew I was in good and very competent hands. Beautiful work, stayed on schedule, Eduardo and the crew were knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Great price and quality product. Pristine Roofing just completed the job on our home, and we are pleased with the outcome and the customer service we received along the way. I obtained three quotes for a 30-year roof, and Pristine landed right in the middle, providing quality products and reasonable pricing.

Upon starting the job, we learned that my previous roof may have contained asbestos, which halted the project. Mike worked closely with me to have the roofing material tested to ensure our safety and the safety of his crew. The testing revealed that the previous roof did indeed contain asbestos.

After I secured a remediation team to remove the old roofing material, I worked closely with Mike and the remediation team to coordinate the tear-off and installation of the new roof. The remediation team encountered a delay, and Pristine Roofing accommodated our delay without issue.

Once they started work, they were efficient and professional. They removed one last layer of roofing and installed the new roof in about two days. After completion, I voiced a concern over the look of some flashing. Mike personally came out, evaluated alternatives, and corrected the issue to my liking.

Overall, I recommend Pristine Roofing. They worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was pleased with the experience before, during, and after installation.

My roof was hit with a 200 foot tree during the recent January 2023 storm. I called Nic and he came out the next day. He responded extremely quickly and very professionally. He sent me me an honest and fair quote. The work was done by Pristine roofing who were quick to respond, on time for the repairs, they were professional, and they did a great job.
