Large, spacious, with super modern amenities such as granite, touch-to-light mirrors, and both room glass walls that automatically change to semi transparent frosted glass for privacy when you turn the lights on. “We had ordered six burgers, four chicken sandwiches and two quarter pounders. When we headed home we were missing a quarter pounder, which happens, so we decided to call. Nancy had picked up and asked for our order, pulled it up and confirmed we had ordered six burgers in total. So she apologized and said if we were able to come and pick up another burger, which I had some errands to run so I said it would be in the next hour. I had showed up and she apologized once again and had my order made right then and there. She made sure it was done accordingly and when she handed me the bag, I was craving a milkshake so I was wondering if I could order again since it was slow. She had it done on the house and said apologized again for the missing burger. That's how managing and accounting is done, when an order goes wrong which happens, it's how it's handled afterwards that makes it right. I really appreciate Nancy for being helpful, understanding, and making sure she manages correctly. Great service!”

“A very warm low 80s for end of October! A good campground to overnight or for a couple of days at $28/night. We had FHU on a concrete pad. Everything is gravel or pea gravel and pull throughs. We had CG WiFi, good Verizon, and a bunch of OTA TV channels. During working hours, use the truck gate when you turn off CA 198 at the main gate. Every site has its own garbage can. My only complaint has to do with the check in process. I made the reservation using the toll free number, and the agent couldn't tell me my site number. We tried calling an hour before our arrival, but all we got was the answering machine. So we pulled into the park figuring the MWR folks would tell us at the office. However, there is no office at the campground, and they currently don't have a host. There was no map or directions to tell us where the office is, and no bulletin board or announcement posted as to our site number. We called the MWR number on the welcome sign again, and you guessed it, got the answering machine. Luckily, another camper told us where the MWR office was. We dropped the Jeep and went to the office, and there are 3 ladies there. You think one would be able to answer the phone! I'd say it was a one off situation except the exact same thing happened the next day, except this time I was the guy telling the arrival where to go. Dog park, golf driving range adjacent to campground. McDonald's a short walk away, but drive through only.”

“I spent a little time here today and bought a couple energy drinks and some starburst gummies. The shelves were very clean and free of dust and stuff was stacked neatly. Their prices are a little higher then what I'm used to but they weren't as high as alot of other stores. The employees are nice and were very helpful when needing to find stuff.”

“The lodge was a fabulous lodge. Cheap and you get everything you can possibly want. The WiFi was great, the beds were great, air conditioning was awesome. The microwave, fridge, and coffee maker were all simple and easy to use. The pool was decently sized. Only complaints were the TV did not work and did not have signal. Also, I don't remember if the carpets can be vacuumed or not but I would certainly recommend it because I kept sneezing while I was there but then I felt better later on. There is also little to no water pressure in the shower so it was difficult to take a quick shower. Overall, it's a great lodge and I certainly come back again😁.”
