“I can't say enough good things about this gym, it is a special place. Knowledgeable, friendly instructors have created a fun positive atmosphere. The membership is a community of people helping each other get into better shape. The workouts are intense but doable. This is my second time coming into this gym consistently (first time for 3 years life intervened and now I've been back for 7 months). Both times I've gotten in much better shape. Martin (the owner) keeps things fresh, constantly mining the fitness world for exercises,drills and techniques to get the members in better and better shape. Make no mistake this is a boxing gym and you will learn how to box . You will be surprised at the physical feats you can accomplish if you work out here. Every therapist or aestitician I've had has been awesome. The staff is always professional with such soothing voices.
