I really liked the Kundalini yoga classes I took here as well as the Restorative one I took on a Sunday.
They also have great deals on pricing.
(September 9, 2019, 12:24 am)Last night was excellent. Basia and Yumi. Are like peanut butter and chocolate together you make Reese's. You work well with each other to create a magical,healing modality. Basia Tacik Pinoko Rudolph Indigo Yoga House. Saturday sacred sound assention.

This studio offers the total loving vibe of a yoga space. I felt very welcomed, loved, and appreciated.

(January 6, 2018, 9:38 pm)I was thrilled to find Indigo Yoga... found instructors to be patient and knowledgeable. Love the building with all amenities and schedule. Perhaps in future they can have a 630 or 7am class.
