(February 23, 2022, 11:03 pm)Today we were walking past the store and the vinyl caught my attention, then an amazing personality greeted me, so we came inside. Greatest choice ever! I love everything in the store and my 5yr old couldn't even leave, just so many awesome things. We were greeted by Freddy and Fernando with amazing neighborhood charm, which is Altadena. I will be back, just without the little one so I can focus on buying some great items. I wanted everything, I mean, literally everything. If it wasn't for me, I'd buy as a gift. There were amazing items that were current and nostalgic items of all price ranges for any budget.
Come on in and browse around, you'll enjoy yourself.
(January 22, 2022, 5:05 pm)Freddy was extremely helpful and personable! His inventory was pretty decent and the shop feels spacious. I got a ring that he polished and checked on/offered a resize for me. I will be back in the future for some more good stuff.
(June 9, 2018, 8:11 pm)Our experience here was first-rate. We went in looking for a vintage ring for our 25 year old daughter whose tastes can be very artsy and a little weird. His selection of fine jewelry was outstanding with all price ranges, stones, and styles. All of it genuinely “old”. The best thing about Freddy was the way he handled our request to see every ring he had….with grace and openness he showed us all the trays and even opened his bag of fresh acquisitions, which is where we found the lovely Amber ring we eventually purchased. He also tested each item we requested to make sure it was sterling silver as our daughter develops large welts if other metals are against her skin. In addition Freddy boxed the ring nicely and for a mere $15 he can resize anything.
That was also a wonderful surprise, his prices were so reasonable. We were able to purchase the Amber ring as well as a magnificent Tanzanite pendant, both of which our daughter will love. It meant so much to us to enjoy this purchase and be able to take our time and not feel rushed or pressured. We love our daughter and wanted to give her something special for her 26th birthday and these items bought in such a nice shop with such a good man as Freddy were just what we were hoping for. I highly recommend you give his place a try. He has all sorts of interesting goods, all vintage. Old LP’s, clothing, costume jewelry, and knick knacks, etc….
