Open Trails E-Bikes

I had the best experience with Dave at Open Trails! I came in ready to purchase a more expensive e-bike and Dave talked me down to a cheaper option that was better for my needs, and I love it! That right there shows how much they care about their customers. This shop has my highest recommendation!

While we were visiting Altadena, we were looking for a good quality e bike for our daughter (student at ArtCenter). After visiting other shops we went to Open Trails and met Dave in the e bike shop (below Open Trails). He was awesome!! Dave had an excellent and large inventory of e bikes and so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We purchased a bike and all the extra gear (headlight/helmet/lock/etc). Dave installed everything in less than an hour. We cannot recommend Dave and his stop enough!!!

I've driven past this location countless times and finally went in. I was amazed at the selection and how knowledgeable and friendly the staff were. Their prices were quite affordable compared to other prices even better than what I had seen online. Highly recommended.
