Walgreens Pharmacy

Nice hotel. They let us check in early. The breakfast room is small and cramped when it's busy but that's fine. The rooms were cozy and clean. However, I think I just used one of those bath fitters to redo the tub and it didn't fit well because I kept stepping in the tub and it would make cracking and popping sounds. Thought I was going to break it lol

Priced well and located near the mall and other major stores. Only half an hour away from the heart of LA. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is they don't provide housekeeping services on weekends. Although not the biggest issue, staying for 4 days (3 nights), housekeeping is sometimes desired on at least one of those days. However, they do provide extra towels or toiletries, but you have to go to the front desk to request them, which was fortunately easy and convenient. They also offer a slightly later checkout at noon which was a major plus.

Location was quite and safe. Room was spacious , bed and sofa were comfy. Tv channels were really good. Coffee was a plus. We needed laundry , reception helped us to use the laundry of neighbor hotel with which they had agreement. Reception helped us by check-in and Ac replacement. It was very good to be able to open windows in the room to get fresh air.

Air condition was very noisy, 1st night hardly slept... but the mech.man has replaced a new Ac in 20 min. Breakfast could be maybe better. Breakfast area hardly enough.

I have 0 complaints and really, for the price and the type of hotel, whats there to complain about lol? Staff and front desk were very nice. Everything in the room worked as it should. Room was very clean and AC worked just fine. Location is right by a bunch of restaurants and such so easy access to amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic staff. I walked in while incredibly sick to be seen at the clinic and the pharmacy staff jumped in to make sure I was ok. People who care about people!
