(June 14, 2023, 11:51 pm)Ikill came out after two other companies has tried, and failed, to figure out how rats were getting into our interior walls. The tech who came out was very courteous and looked into every nook and cranny until he successfully discovered the entry point. Hallelujah! Then traps were deployed, rats were trapped and all is better now. Was a good experience from start to finish.

We used IKill pest control when we bought a new house; they did a full house fumigation as well as specific work to replace eaves and clean out the crawl space and do subterranean treatment too. Carlos was so fast at responding to email and managed to schedule us on short notice, and Jesse came out and did an incredible job. He did the most thorough inspection and excellent work on our repairs. The company they contract for fumigation is great too. They worked on a very tight timeline and were fast, efficient, professional and on time. Thank you Jesse and Carlos!!

I noticed that he took his time, paying attention to details, and was very thorough. I appreciated that. Most other guys seem to run through the job quickly, but Danny was very attentive, professional, and thorough. Thanks.
(May 2, 2023, 6:34 pm)We recently added onto our home and after the addition, we started to find pincher bugs in every room in the house. I called and spoke with the owner Carlos last night who was very informative and gave me a GREAT deal compared to three other companies. We were able to setup an inspection and treatment the next morning and WOW! Roman, you are the man! Roman texted me 30 minutes before he was going to arrive and was on time. He performed the inspection and treated the problematic areas. What I appreciated the most was since I was away at work, Roman texted me with an update and was so kind to answer all of my questions. Thank you so much Roman, for your professionalism and customer service. You just gained a new customer!

(April 30, 2023, 10:23 pm)We noticed termite droppings in our home and quickly called a couple pest control companies. Ikill was able to come out the following week and our inspector, Jesse, was very thorough in inspecting our home. He was very experienced and could easily identify different signs of termites throughout our home. Furthermore, he was very honest and didn't try to upsell us on any sort of treatment we didn't need.
We scheduled a fumigation the following week and Jesse kept me updated through text the entire process. Rosie helped coordinate our fumigation and she made the process very easy for us.
The crew performing our fumigation were very friendly and understanding as well. I'll definitely be working with Ikill in the future with any pest issues in the future.
