(April 3, 2021, 9:13 pm)Nice C.S. they are friendly and helpful. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the last time I was there, the young ladys were on their cells instead of being helpful, and were not cleaning rooms or cashier area counters.
(August 13, 2020, 1:21 am)I love j.jill particularly the Santa Anita store. I have shopped at various locations. I live closer to the Paseo but went to the Promenade in Arcadia as I couldn't find a spot to park in Pasadena in the structures that day. It was right after we were allowed to go shopping. The staff was great and I was happy with my purchases.
