  If you’re ever in need of a great quality therapeutic massage, I highly recommend CGMassage it’s a great place and Gale gives the best massages ever. This is where I will continue to go. A huge shout out to CGMassage. Thanks Gale for the wonderful massage, I feel so much better. You’re The Best.

  After visiting urgent care after 2 days when I pulled my shoulder, bicep muscles, the doctor just told me to keep icing and taking ibuprofen. Well, that didn't work and I wasn't getting better, so i decided to visit my wife's massage therapist.
  
  I had full range of motion, but I had no strength and I was in constant pain not being to sleep, and not sit at work.
  
  After visiting Gale, I found that i had several knots in my biceps, my shoulder and neck. She was able to identify them and remove them with minimal pain during and after the massage therapy visit. After my visit, I was back to about 60-70% normal.
  
  I visited a second time, and she found a different set of knots .... Yikes!!! Once again she meticulously and patiently removed them. After that second visit I'm back to normal.
  
  Gale definitely is blessed with the gift of healing, and i will be definitely scheduling regular visits to maintain the overall energy balance disrupted after accumulation of long commutes. Gale has a unique technique that is very soft to the touch, that doesn't leave you achy after the massage.

  I finally decided to treat myself to a well deserved massage at CGMassage Therapeutic Touch yesterday. Wellllllll, It was absolutely amazing!! A deep tissue massage that included a full body stretch. Thank you so much Gale Canada for the best massage I've ever experienced. Your hands are truly blessed by God! See you again soon!!!

  Gale is amazing, very professional with a VIP treatment. I had so much lower back pain for 3 weeks, one time my wife had to help me put on my shoes. My wife made an appointment with in the first session I was 95% better. I know is going to be a process to full recovery, but I’m able to get back to my normal life pain free.

  If there's a Michelin rated massage award, CG Massage would be the top-rated award. I know it sounds crazy but I've found the hidden gem!! I'm so blessed to know Gale, the owner of CG Massage with the gift of healing hands and the heart for serving people. Gale really relieves my knots and it's amazing that she can press the spot exactly before I even explain it myself.
  
  Below are some backgrounds and tips if you are thinking to visit for the first time:
  
  Gale is legit. She used to be an independent contractor for Chiropractic Offices assisting Chiropractors and Physical Therapist Doctors and Acupuncturist. Now she finally has her own office which is the CGMassage.
  
  Gale is outstanding with her skills. I came to her with sore muscles but I couldn't point out where exactly hurts and Gale could just press to the exact spot. This is truly amazing to me by having someone knows better about how you're feeling.
  
  PACKAGE
  There are so many and whichever you picked will end up relaxing in the end. I personally chose the combination massage which is combined treatment of Swedish (promotes circulation), Deep Tissue (releases deep pain and muscle tension), Sports (promotes flexibility and decrease the risk of injury), Trigger Point (relieve stress and a tight area within muscle tissue) and Cranial Sacral (happy head massage that help relieve my horrible TMJ and headache).
  
  LOCATION & SPACE
  The office is located on the 2nd floor of the corner building on Gridley and 183 St ( Same plaza from the KongFuTea and the flower shop). The building signage says "SOLA SALONS", and you'll need to take the elevator up to #212.
  
  Space is cozy with one bed only like the VIP clinic style. Make sure to call Gale 24 hours in advance to make an appointment because Gale works only one person at a time.
  
  The place was sparkling clean and super relaxing. I immediately feel peaceful after I entered the office. It was calm with quietness and the dim light makes it perfect.
  
  PROCEDURE
  The first timer needs to fill out a form for Gale to help her get to know your medical information, so expect to arrive 10 minutes prior to your schedule. There would be a spot to put your clothes, and you can relax for the healing message!
  
  PAYMENT
  Gale uses Square, so she accepts credit cards.
