“Jasper’s have been servicing our cars for over 15 years! In my opinion, they are the best autoservice in LA. No matter what the make of your car, or the problem, they are able to analyze it and determine what’s wrong. The owner will call you every time before they even start repairs, give you the budget and the list for approval, tell you everything that’s wrong with the car… They also monitor your car and send you regular reminders for smog, oil change, cooling… and coupons! They can also provide you with a free car wash at the end of all the repairs! As I say, the best car service facility in Los Angeles!”

“Our rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very gracious in giving us a discount for an extended check out. This is a great place to stay if you want to go to Disneyland, as it is only about fifteen minutes away. However, it is a bit far from the Hollywood, Los Angeles area. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!”

“I will be posting about this using two different experiences. I have visited this place about 9 months ago. My insurance (Progressive) set up an appointment here to take my car. When I walked in they were friendly and caring and asked if I was doing okay from the accident. They also work with Enterprise so someone from Enterprise was able to pick me up and take me back to the office to pick up my rental car. The work to the vehicle was beautifully done. I definitely recommend coming here. So much so, this Monday I was rear ended and will be bringing my car back here to be worked on. So far the other parties insurance sucks, (Infinity Auto Insurance) The insurance basically told me to take it wherever I wanted and they issued me a check to cover the costs of it (Though the body shop has not evaluated it) I called Cerritos Auto Body and made an appointment to bring in my car, and even setting up the reservation for my car rental. To me, this is going above and beyond since it has nothing to do with them. I appreciate this gesture. ***Will update with more once my experience is complete.”

“very good place to get a car wash quickly. In less than a few minutes you do your own vacuum, get in the car and go through into the wash tunnel where there is one worker that does initial prep cleaning, then vehicle in motion and at end there are 2 workers that do the final drying. You can just drive out or choose to park and do your own detailing. There are other car washes that are more involved the only draw back with those is the time element, you spend a lot of time sitting waiting .”
