(July 27, 2018, 5:13 am)It is one heck of a walk up, but this is by far the most amazing view on the island. You can see both sides. If it's clear enough, you can even see Avalon on the backdrop of the mainland. Getting here is a trek, but it is well worth it for those who can make it.

(May 7, 2018, 2:09 pm)Wide road, watch for jeep tours at the top. Beautiful view of the other side of the island. Not a difficult hike but can lead to longer more difficult hikes beyond the summit.

(May 7, 2018, 12:54 am)perfect panorama view of Pacific on either side of Catalina, plus continental and Santa Clemente. Serenity, serenity, serenity.
Be aware: this is a point in the middle of a loop trail of 6 miles more or less, under the brutal sun, you will need to bring water, food, and UV protection gears. Or, for those who doesn't enjoy losing water weight this way you could always take the jeep tour that last about 1 hour.
