I called Gary on Thursday and told him I had an issue with my generator an Onan 7000 and told him I was going camping the following Friday. He told me to bring it in on Tuesday at 1pm. Came to find out he was in Palm Springs and came back to work on my generator. He is a straight to the point business man. He told me over the phone about the diagnostic fee and again when I arrived. About an 1.5hrs later he called and told me what the problem was and the price to have the motherboard replaced and asked what I wanted to do. By 4:15pm he was done.
