They have always been fair and very good to me for over 25 years. I wouldn't take my stuff anywhere else. It's worth the drive.

Great customer service, they had just what I needed. While running a bunch of errands today I stopped at Buchanan’s Spoke and Rim to pick up some spokes for my motorcycle. While Ken went in the back to find the right spokes an old guy came out of his office. He walked up to the counter and asked if I had been helped yet. I said yes, thanks. He said “good that way I won’t screw things up”. I asked if he was the original owner. He said yes. He asked “what do you call an alligator wearing a vest?” “An investigator” Just then Ken came back with my spokes and asked the old guy if he was leaving. The old guy said yes. Ken gave him a hug and said “I love you Dad, I’ll see you tomorrow”. I asked Ken if his Dad came in every day. He said yes but sometimes he misses Mondays. I asked how old he was. 93 was his reply. I had to share to story because this is the backbone of America! Love, Family values and successful independent businesses.

Have an old 73 R60/5 Beemer wheel that had seen (much) better days. Sent it to Buchanan’s and got back a straight and true wheel, excellent work, thank you!

One of my spokes had incorrect threads. They airmailed me a single spoke to correct this situation. They airmailed a single spoke to take care of a customer!
