(October 1, 2020, 4:00 pm)Someone should tell the ppl that work at the call center that they aren't the parts COUNTER. I hate speaking to them because they just read n tell you what's on the computer. That's why I don't speak to them. Call center guy can't check if something is in the shelf or not. Call center guys if a customer asks for the parts counter, transfer them.
