Truly a terrible and regretful experience. I purchased a washer and dryer from United Appliance. Within the same day of purchase i let them know i was having issues with both items. United Appliance employee told me a tech would come by to check them out but they never did. I keep calling the store and the voicemail immediately comes on and i am unable to leave a message because the system is full. I am now unable to contact them, and they haven't attempted to get back to me regarding the issues. I am not exaggerating or lying. I would highly recommend to avoid purchasing from them at all reasoning.

Went in a couple days ago to purchase just a refrigerator and I walked out with a refrigerator, stove, washer AND dryer. Lol.
The ladies working were very informative about how their financing worked and recommended paying off before the 90 days so I wouldn’t pay any interest. Had a small issue with my stove, but they sent the technician out that same day.
Everything else was great though.

Great customer service from the girls there. With great financing options. The girls where really great at explaining how the financing works before I even signed my agreement. Not a big store but with great appliances at really good prices.
