Very helpful, he helped me find the shoes I wanted in my size to the finest detail( I was looking for the exact same pumas my husband got w/ a turquoise puma in a man size 7)..unfortunately they didn't have them at his store but he went out of his way and called another store to reserve the shoes I wanted. Very patient person best WSS service I've ever had. Would definitely be coming back here.
