Now that it's Under New Management it looks more clean presentable and welcome to go and wash I would recommend it to go do your laundry with your kids and family it's a safe friendly place to do laundry and if you have problems you always contact the customer service and it's above the door

I am grateful to the man who takes care of, opens, or closes the laundry. I forgot a load of clothes in the dryer. The next morning that I went early I met the man. When I asked him if he had waited for a batch of some little girls with towels, I said yes. I take out everything, already folded, what Avia left behind. Thank God that there are still people like you!!

Floors are dirty but with free dry I overlooked that fact.
