Richard Atkinson is probably thr only person there that cares for customers. He is willing to help customers and is very professional. Except for him, i wouldn't recommend this place. Someone make him the Manager!

If you make your reservations online and open an account you'll do great. Just walking in will be more of a challenge. They also have you check the unit out on your own and photo document any damage, mileage or fuel levels you don't agree with.
