(March 23, 2022, 3:53 pm)Make sure you drink plenty of water the day prior to have a faster donation and do try to avoid fatty foods. I’ve been denied a few times over the years due to having too much fat on the blood test. Also try to switch arms every donation to ease the scaring process and buy vitamin E oil and place at least twice a day on the injection site. I’ve experienced a burning sensation on my right arm but my left has been painless
