“I received physical therapy here spanning just before the coronavirus outbreak and 4 months into it. The precautions they took to ensure everyone health and safety were phenomenal! You walk in, stand behind a plexiglass, they take your temperature and give you a wristband okaying you. You sign in, and hand sanitize after. There has been very little, if no wait time, as long as I show up on time for my appointment! They call you in the back and you begin your therapy. If there are others present, they do a great job to manage physical distancing. They clean frequently and between patients. The therapy itself is very effective. For my issue, the pain didn't necessarily subside, but the stretches and exercises definitely improved my mobility, which helps me be able to walk better and more comfortably. My-Anh was my physical therapist and I just love her! Even though it's not part of her job, she always remembered what I'd mention about my family and she'd ask how they were doing. She is an overall wonderful caregiver!”

“Dan of Outlet Tile Center was INCREDIBLY helpful with a closet remodel project in our home. We were in a tough spot as we needed to match the unusual flooring in the other section of closet. It was a very difficult to find porcelain tile product. Due to the pandemic, our family is staying in-- so I sent Dan photos of the unusual tile. He hunted down the manufacturer and distributor. He helped us place an order. We just received the order this week and it's a perfect match! We are so grateful to the Outlet Tile Center as they have the widest selection of tile and excellent customer service. This was the easiest textile purchase I've experienced. Thank you!”

“I've been to various Onan so-called mechanics for my 4000 ultralight RV generator. Camping World what's a joke. Kept replacing parts that did not need to be replaced. I had them stop after $600 of useless work. They are not generator mechanics. Something easy to fix yes interior no. Also had a mobile generator mechanic. Out of Wilmington. Who really talked himself up. How good he was. He was good at dropping it putting it back dropping it putting it back . Still could not fix the problem. He found out it was an internal problem . Didn't want to have anything to do with it. Did not do internal work on Onan generators. Another place. Told me the problem and charged me $360. Trying to get the problem fixed set me back most of the summer. I won't drag this on any longer. Took it over to Smith Powerhouse. They knew exactly what was wrong with it. The generator was shot not worth fixing. Bad year bad model. I told Dave and his son Noah I wanted to go on vacation I've been laid back most of the summer because of this generator. They were book up for weeks. They went out of their way to book me the next day . So they could install the new generator I purchased from their shop. Great deal they gave me. Never met more of a honest knowledgeable professional shop. Soon as you enter their shop you can feel the vibe. So I'm giving them a five star rating I'd get them another one if they had one.”

“I am very thankful for their help with my cat who has cancer. My baby boy doesn't have much longer, but they have helped me increase his quality of life and worked with my budget when had to get his chest cavity drained. They also supplied me with medication to aid his palliative care, and gave me several follow up calls to check on how he's doing. Hopefully I won't need to, but if any of my other pets need emergency care I'll return.”

“I have so far brought two cars to this shop and they have exceeded my expectations every time. I wanted to add a new exhaust system for my 2007 VW rabbit so I purchased one online and they were more then happy to help me have it installed, it was done within a couple of hours and I was extremely happy! I then brought a 2017 Elantra gt to have a muffler delete which I loved at first but I wanted a bit more then that. So I brought it back several months later and they were able to make a custom catback exhaust for me and it was also done within a matter of hours and the price was amazing ! At first I didn’t know what I wanted I just had a description of what I did and did not want the car to sound like. With my description he was able to give me exactly what I wanted in the first try! He was extremely friendly and patient. I highly recommend this shop to everyone!”
