I had a second chance at a storage unit that the winner didn't claim upon second chance notification I had accepted the opportunity that Saturday morning within an hour I was there. The facility has let the first auction buyer redeem their bid after their time to redeem expired and days had past. The facility has a great staff the place is clean. I would rent there if the need in the future. Only reason a 4 star was a lack of communication between the office staffers.”
