(March 23, 2019, 3:17 am)Maybe because this is a smaller airline, I felt like the staff was simply more friendly, maybe family like? The flight was comfortable enough, but the in flight staff was friendly and helpful! It’s my third flight with Alaska and it has been pleasant.

(March 6, 2019, 12:05 am)The staffs behind the counter are very friendly. The flight is in good condition. Love the charging outlet while flying! Free movie entertainment. Just remember to bring your own headphone. Also, download their on board app (gogo entertainment) before boarding. Some flight you have your own screen, some you have to watch from your phone.
Boarding on time, no delay. Very smooth flight~ Will definitely fly with them again! -
