  Compliments of the town's potholes, my driver's side ball joint broke, leaving my tire pointing directly to the left, jammed up in the wheel well. I called Limitless Towing Service Burbank and a truck arrived exactly on time, as promised. The driver was really helpful and did everything in his ability to not damage the car any further when lifting and towing my car. I asked him to tow the car to my alley parking spot and he managed to maneuver between a tight alley, dumpsters, and other cars. He spent extra time and effort on the tow and did an excellent job - keep up the good work!

  I was traveling thru town when I had trouble with my car, I went to the internet first to search places around me and I ended up finding these guys on google. He showed up pretty quickly, explained the process and immediately got to work. He had the car hooked to his truck in no time. He was pretty nice and friendly, and I thought he was really professional in how he explained the process. I'm definitely not a car person, so I like feeling like I can trust someone to take care of it without taking advantage of me. The rate was super reasonable compared to other towing services I have used before. Highly recommended.

  My daughter called in the middle of the night, she was out at a party ready to come back home and her car would not start. I went out there and there was nothing that I could do so after a google search we called Limitless Towing Service Burbank to get some help. The kind lady that answered the phone was very polite and was able to get my daughters car towed back home within the hour. I will definitely save their telephone number in my phone and my daughters phone and refer them to other people.

  The driver was super polite and respectful, got to my location in less than twenty five minutes. Did a little walked around and explained me how the tow was going to work. He carefully got my truck on the flat bed and took it to the exact place I asked him to. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but they truly deserve it!

  The driver was extremely polite, effective, quick, and just an overall super chill dude. My pickup truck rolled down a hill without me in it, and the front was smashed. The pickup was surrounded by trees and had limited access as well as being high-centered on some rocks. It was a risky scenario that another tow company turned down. Limitless Towel Service sent help and got it out in no time without causing more damage to my vehicle. The price was affordable, and he gave me the name of a good body shop. Very impressed and pleased. Couldn't have asked for better service.
