(May 31, 2021, 11:48 pm)Top notch customer service! When my mom got to the point where she couldn't stand up on her own, We ordered a cheap lift chair from Amazon. It was the wrong size. It didn't lay all the way down. It just didn't do the job. Then after all that hassle of shipping it back, I visited Electropeadic Bed/the Kraus Chair Store to get her a lift chair. Antoinette was wonderful and helped me pick the right one. They even delivered a loner until our special order chair was delivered. Unfortunately, before the final delivery my mom took a turn for the worse and ended up in a nursing home. Antoinette processed the refund with no problem. She was so supportive through the whole process. I would strongly recommend Kraus Chair Store and would definitely shop their in the future!
